11. Q: How do automatic shipments work?

A: Your credit card on file is charged prior to each shipment by our wine partner AOC Fine Wines and you will be notified by email of impending shipments. See details for our two membership tiers.

12. Q: What is automatically charged to my credit card?

A: Included in the charge placed on your credit card for the automatic shipments by our wine partner AOC Fine Wines is the cost of the wine, plus applicable tax and shipping. Shipments will be automatically billed to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The average charge for shipments for Everyday Members-Only membership is $65 plus applicable tax and shipping. The average charge for shipments for Premium Members-Only membership is $165 plus applicable tax and shipping.

A: While the Wine Club for Women offers an annual membership, each month, I personally make selections of awesome wine for each membership tier. These hand-picked selections are made available for purchase once a month through our valued partner, AOC Fine Wines. The average charge is $65 once a month plus applicable tax and shipping.

A: While the Wine Club for Women offers an annual membership, each month, I personally make selections of awesome wine for each membership tier. 15. Q: What if my credit card is not approved for a shipment?

A: You will receive a notice asking you to contact us to update your credit card information so that we can process the shipment you missed. With an approved credit card you will then receive your follow-up wine shipment.

A: Members can place orders online 24/7.

17. Q: How do I give Everyday Cellars Wine Club membership as a gift?

A: It’s as simple as filling out a Wine Club signup form with your information in the mailing and credit card fields and the gift recipient’s information in the shipping fields. The automatic shipments will be billed to your credit card. You can designate a gift to be either ongoing or to continue until the number of gift shipments you indicate have been sent.

18. Q: How do I change my membership information (address, phone, credit card, etc.)?

A: Use the convenient update form on our website. Please notify us promptly, at questions@ecwines.com of any address or credit card changes so that you can receive your wines with minimum inconvenience.

19. Q: What if I’m not home when they try to deliver my shipment?

A: The delivery agent will either make two more attempts or will leave notice that a delivery was attempted and ask you to make re-delivery arrangements. We recommend using a business address for your shipments since wine shipments require the signature of a person over 21.

20. Q: At exactly what time will my Wine Club shipment arrive?

A: We deliver wines to our members on the first week of every month. Unfortunately we cannot give precise times of day for delivery. Deliveries are typically made during business hours Monday through Friday.

21. Q: What if my shipment could not be delivered and was “returned to sender”?

A: Contact us at questions@ecwineclub.com and re-delivery arrangements will be made — or we will contact you to make new arrangements

22. Q: Why can’t wine shipments be sent to every state?

A: Due to restrictive prohibition-era legislation regarding the direct shipment of wines into particular states, Everyday Cellars Wine Club cannot ship wine to the following states: AL, AK, AR, DE, KS, KY, ME, MD, MA, MS, MT, NJ, OK, PA, RI, TN, UT. Please note: Wine shipping regulations are in a state of flux and we may be able to ship to your state in the future. Please contact us and we can hold your information on file until shipping is allowed to your location.

23. Q: How do I cancel or suspend my membership?

A: Contact us at questions@ecwineclub.com to cancel, suspend or reinstate your membership.

If you plan to be away for an extended period, we can arrange to hold your wine, ship your wine to an alternate address or storage facility, or suspend your membership during your absence.

You may cancel at any time. Members are responsible for notifying Everyday Cellars Wine Club for Women of their intent to cancel. We confirm all cancellations in writing to ensure that your membership is closed. Upon canceling, there will be no further obligation except for wine shipped prior to receipt of the member’s request to cancel.

24. Q: Why is the wine club called “Everyday Cellars Wine Club for Women”?

A: This wine club aims to empower women, in an unstuffy way, about buying, drinking and pairing wine. Because women rule!

25. Q: Is this club for Women only?

A: We do not discriminate against anyone for any reason. So if you’re not a woman, we welcome you to our wine club (We like men and would love to help you make your wine experience simple). Our only requirement is that you are 21 years old or older.

A: It is our way of evaluating wine in a glass. The visual wine review system features the human face and looks at wine in terms of appearance, nose, food pairing and why try it?.
